You can expect to receive your rug within 3-7 days depending on your location. Costs vary and are dependant on the weight of the rug, quantity of rugs and your location. Costs are calculated at checkout. More detailed information around delivery and returns can be found here.

If you would like to arrange to collect your order, please contact our team hello@nodirugs.com to discuss this. There is a $65 collection fee for the item/s to be picked from our warehouse.

Nodi's Annual Sale includes a limited number of sale stock and we hold the right for the same stocked product to revert back to it's full price once we have sold the allocated sale quantity even if it is still within the sale period. 

No returns, refunds or exchanges on any items included in Nodi's annual sale. Nodi's standard 12 month warranty does not apply to any items included in the annual sale. 

We are unable to hold stock without payment. Payments are required in full.

We suggest Premium Surface Protection Spray and Underlay to add to the longevity of your rug. Additional costs apply, please contact our sales team for further details.

Delivery Costs apply, installation can be provided at an extra cost. Please note that usual delivery scheduling and lead times may be affected during this sale period. Orders will be dispatched every Tuesday and Thursday. If after purchase you wish for Nodi to hold your order till your desired delivery date, storage charges may apply. 

We aim to depict items and images on our website as true as possible to the products but cannot guarantee every device will accurately depict the actual colour of the merchandise.
