DELIVERY & RETURNS

North Island Delivery

5-7 working days if placed before 1pm NZT on any working day.


 


Deliveries are dispatched within 24 hours of payment being received, these are booked with Fliway and you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number to follow your deliveries progress. Your order will usually arrive within 5-7 days. Please note during peak times your delivery can take 10-15 days to arrive. As rugs are delivered as freight, we are unable to provide a specific delivery day or time. We do pass on any specific requests to our carrier, however, we cannot guarantee they will be able to comply. For any oversized rugs (2.5m above) there will need to be someone on site to help unload. 


For all orders requiring Microseal please add 2-3 days onto your delivery.  


 Delivery does not include installation, our carriers will carry your rug into your desired room. 

South Island Delivery

Oversize Rugs

When ordering 3m x 4m rugs our team will be in touch with you directly to organise the best day for delivery. To ensure your order arrives safely we require a signature for all deliveries.


Please note delivery does not include install. If you live in Tamaki Makaurau and require installation please email hello@nodirugs.com for a quote. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer installation outside of Auckland, at this stage. 

International Orders

We ship worldwide. Please get in touch with our team at hello@nodirugs.com for an accurate shipping quote based on your location, and best delivery options.


All rugs are sent tracked with either DHL or Fedex, delivery does not include installation and will be delivered to the door only.


Once your order is made, we will send your order’s tracking number via email so you’re able to keep a close eye on when to expect your delivery.  

Returns

We will gladly replace an item if it is faulty, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item at hello@nodirugs.com. If you wish to exchange or return a product, we must be contacted within 7 days of receiving your item and the item must be returned within 14 days.   


Items must be returned in the same condition which you received them, with original packaging, tags and packaged appropriately. Initial shipping fees will not be refunded unless the item is faulty. 


You will also be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and there is a re-stocking fee of $350, unless the item is faulty. Items must be sent back via track and trace, with signature required. We will either exchange it, replace it, provide a credit or refund the purchase price at our discretion.


We do not exchange, refund or accept returns on any sale items, or custom rug orders; these are final sales.


For all customs orders, we require a 50% deposit to confirm the order, the lead time begins from the date payment clears. Deposits are non-refundable on custom orders, for change of mind a credit note will be issued.
