Olivia has an inner drive to find authenticity in all things. Having studied textile design at the Institute of European Design in Milan, followed by living in India and working with artisans set up Nodi, Olivia is seriously passionate about design, natural rugs and transforming peoples homes through introducing natural rugs where people can connect with each other. She is committed to building a global business from New Zealand. When she isn't doing this you'll find her in nature, travelling and spending time with her family.
Business Development Manager
Emma has a wealth of experience in hospitality, residential and commercial interior design. She has lived and worked in London, New York and Antwerp and is passionate about dynamic and creative spaces. Emma posses a depth of understanding of the importance of natural materials and texture and is our go-to girl for bringing interior schemes together.
After completing a degree in spatial design Jo worked in office design, spatial planning then dived into sales. Jo loves helping people to find the perfect flooring to make an area sing. A self confessed ‘people pleaser’ she is always happy to go the extra mile to help her customers. When she’s not helping someone to find the perfect rug she is loves to be camping with her husband and two small children and dabbling in watercolour painting.
Kelly comes from a background in accounting and operations having worked across a wide range of fashion and design industries. Kelly has always worked in the world of design and loves the inspiring nature of the industry. When not connecting all the moving parts behind the scenes, Kelly loves to travel and jumps at any excuse for a great getaway.
Trade Business Development Manager
Georgie has traveled the world extensively, living in Europe, England and America. With a neat eye for furniture and interiors, she was passionate to join the Nodi team, and continue to explore the natural aesthetics in the design world. Georgie’s various experiences draw from her time in fine arts, textiles, interior and furniture design. Collecting antiques, travel, and chilli margaritas keep her very happy.
Laura is passionate about helping people find practical yet beautiful solutions for their interiors, using her eye for detail to make the process as seamless and approachable as possible.
With a love of all things design and a deep respect for our environment, working with natural textiles and an eco-conscious mindset is something Laura cares deeply about.
After design, Laura loves food. When not eating her way around her favourite countries, she’s cooking at home for her family and friends.
Sales & Operations Support
After a stint in Wellington studying Design & Innovation, Dolly is now learning more than ever since joining Nodi, she has gained a deeper appreciation for the time and effort that goes into not only the process of making the rugs but the process of getting them to their new homes. Need something delivered? Dolly is your girl! When not in the Nodi showroom Dolly can be found traveling to new places or playing with her cat PJ.
