Sales Support

The part time role of Sales Support is responsible for managing Nodi’s day to day office administration with a strong sales administration support.  Your role will be split between office administration and sales support.  This includes general office administration , ownership of the hello inbox, fulfilling orders and arranging customer deliveries. You will be a support person for the sales team by generating invoices, sending out samples, dealing with customer service enquiries/complaints and being their go to person for all matters related to the back end of the sales process. You will be expert at running a highly organised, efficient operation and be a key player in our growing team

This role will require an individual to work collaboratively with other areas of the business ensuring it supports sales, end users and team culture.

Operations and Production Coordinator

The part time role of Operations and Production Coordinator is responsible for managing Nodi’s day to day operational needs outputs, with the overriding responsibility of ensuring all aspects of supply chain, logistics and quality effectively and efficiently link through to successful “best in class” market delivery. 

This will require a curious, detailed oriented and experienced individual that is used to dealing with colour, size, style SKUs and high customer needs. You will be able to operate at a high level and develop the big picture as well as in the detail ensuring things run effectively and smoothly using data and feedback loops to inform processes. 

This role will require an individual to work collaboratively with other areas of the business ensuring it supports sales, end users and team culture.
