We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our growing team full time. You will be responsible for managing the operations within the business and will be a core part of the team. This includes being a whizz with excel based inventory management and forecasting, managing all matters related to the import of containers from India, arranging shipping of rugs globally, managing customer orders and production times in India, and being the primary point of contact for customer service issues. We require for you to implement efficient systems to transform the operations at Nodi into that of world class. This a role for that right candidate who can make it their own. 

This role is highly relationship driven, you must be personable, posses a strong customer service focus with a clear systematic approach to your job. You will be motivated and a dynamic team player who is committed to sharing the voice of the NODI brand.

Due to the nature of this role you must be an independent,  a natural leader with a drive to succeed, and a confident multi tasker. 

With proven operations and inventory management experience and effective communication skills, you will require excellent time management and a professional approach to your work.

Operations experience is essential from a wide range of industries – passionate and strong affiliation with textiles is highly regarded.
