All prices are in NZD and exclude shipping. We use Paypal and DPS Payment express as our payment gateway. Unfortunately we cannot accept American Express. We do not keep any customer credit card details. We accept payment by direct deposit (from NZ customers only, please send e-mail to enquire) and credit card (MasterCard and VISA only).
We will gladly replace an item if it is faulty, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item on email@example.com. If you wish to exchange or return a product, we must be contacted within 7 days of receiving your item. Items must be returned in the same condition which you received them, with original packaging, tags and packaged appropriately. Initial shipping fees will not be refunded unless the item is faulty. You will also be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is faulty. Items must be sent back via track and trace, with signature required. We will either exchange it, replace it, provide a credit or refund the purchase price at our discretion. We do not exchange or accept returns on any sale items, this is a final sale.

We will not email you in the future unless you have given your consent, signed up to our mailing list or it is directly relevant to an order you have placed.
