We try our best to ship as soon as we receive an order whenever we can, but please allow a processing period of 2-3 days prior to the goods being shipped. All items are dispatched from Auckland, New Zealand, so local deliveries may arrive sooner than the specified time.
Confirmation of your order will be sent upon dispatch, with your tracking details. All items require a signature for peace of mind, if no one is home a courier collect card will be left. All orders are sent during normal business hours.
Please allow 1-2 days delay if an order is placed on weekends or public holidays. Postage and handling includes tracking & insurance. Please note we do not ship to P.O boxes – the cushions are too bulky and will not fit inside the box.
We can ship world wide – please e-mail email@example.com to enquire with details of where in the world and how many cushions you would like to order. Any taxes, duty or customs fees incurred on arrival will be the responsibility of the customer.
In the case that our delivery company is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer’s refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, or otherwise, NODI is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs or costs to resend the package.The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery arrive sooner than the specified time.
